Founder's Story
Dr. Carlos Heath, PharmD, MBA
Prior to the Global Covid Pandemic, I was a thriving pharmacy business owner with a focus on pharmaceuticals and government contracts. When the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the nation, it changed everything—including me. Like so many others, I experienced a major career shift as the world around us redefined what “business as usual” looked like. In the midst of that disruption, I found myself searching for something deeper—something more fulfilling. I began to ask a simple but powerful question: "How can I use my skills, gifts and abilities to truly impact the community?"
In the midst of that uncertainty, I found clarity in the most unexpected place — Sunday School. We were studying a curriculum entitled Kingdom Agenda by Dr. Tony Evans. It offered a powerful framework for aligning purpose with impact. That message stayed with me. It inspired both a name and a mission — and Kingdom Agendas and Outcomes was born.
I founded this company with a clear goal: to help mission-driven organizations build sustainable, revenue-generating assets that support long-term community impact. Whether through strategic grant writing, government contracting, or healthcare service development, our focus is helping clients remain resilient in uncertain times.
At Kingdom Agendas and Outcomes, we believe purpose and sustainability go hand in hand. We are here to empower organizations to expand their reach, empower their mission, and secure the resources they need to thrive — no matter the economic climate.
